1. I think this story is going to be about special events that happen in the world that someone has lived though and is telling someone that hasn't lived though that time period.

2.Elena and eugene are alike because they both like to read and they are in the same grade. They are different because they elena is rican and eugene is white.

3. On page 567 that part is about how the girl elena is trying to find the boy eugene but then later finds out that he is in all honor classes and then when she finally run into him in the hallway and they finally start talking. well she does the most talking and he just smiles and shakes is head up and down. but they become good friends and start walking home and doing more things together. but she don't want to tell him that she can see him from her bedroom and that she watches in every night.

4.  in column one you can reflect that the writer is spanish and that she grew up in puerto. also that she is different from the rest her family because she wants to become a teacher and travel and get didn't want to go back to her homeland like everyone in her family did. 

5. his behavior is significant because at first before he found out that the president was shot he let them have free time and go enjoy there selfs but when he came back out he was yelling and crying and telling them to go home. his behavior shows that he has a soft side to him even tho he is strict sometimes and that he cared a lot for the president

6. i think it is ironic because they both are smart  history must  be very important to them and there family and they probably is good at that subject or know a lot about it

7. she feels that it can be related to her own life and personal things in there world and she thinks it is unfair
